Today, a new production line for freezing 2 tons of fresh cherries per hour was put into use at the “Xenos” factory in the municipality of Demir Hisar, with Minister of Agriculture Ljupcho Nikolovski attending.

For 25 years, the company has been working in the field of freezing cherries, peppers, and plums. They also dry and pack forest mushrooms, process fruit products for the chocolate industry, and produce fruit alcohol. Ninety percent of their production is exported to European markets.
